The first and best step towards ‘Good Governance’ in India, is to solve the grievances of the public in a systematic & professional manner, starting from receiving the grievances properly and responding to it. Guess where I am? Stalled somewhere after jayadeva bus stop. Why? The new @BMTC_BENGALURU ticketing method. The conductor has to generate individual QR codes for each passenger, but since ticketing is for stages, they have to issue all tickets before the bus passes that stage.
