Strong statements don’t make a difference. Strong actions backed by a strong military and a strong economy do. @POTUS is right: Europe should step up to meet the moment.

Shorelarks have been few and far between in Norfolk this last winter, so I was delighted to join Mike Buckland and search two out at Great Yarmouth North Denes last Monday, after they hadn’t been reported there for 13 days.
