Trump can be criminally charged when he leaves office and impeached for it if Dems take the House. No immunity. No double jeopardy. This would a new criminal indictment after Judge Aileen Cannon corruptly threw out the prior slam dunk case against him. The penalties for Trump's espionage crimes are massive. Robert Hanssen, Aldrich Ames spent the rest of their lives in prison for doing less than what Trump has done.
