When they say it’s for safety, remember the guy whose van wouldn’t move out the way of a truck because he don’t have his indicator on. His lane assist came on and he couldn’t get it to move back into his lane

If he had his indicator on it would have allowed the van to pull back in without an issue. The actual overtake was safe, plenty of time and room. Not indicating/lane assist played a massive part.

48-year-old father Pawel Bukowski from Watton, Norfolk, killed himself after botched dental surgery in Turkey left him completely toothless. In January 2025 he paid for treatment to fix severe gum disease. The clinic removed ALL his teeth but then refused to fit implants, claiming his bone was too thin despite promising a 90% success rate. He was sent home with no teeth and no temporary dentures, told to return in six months. The proud dad lost all confidence, couldn’t eat properly, turned to heavy drinking and spiralled into depression. He was found hanged at home on 28 April 2025. Inquest ruled suicide, directly linking it to the failed Turkey treatment. His wife said it destroyed him. Tragic victim of dental tourism.
