Pakistan welcomes all delegates including journalists from participating nations, traveling in relation to Islamabad Talks 2026. To this end, all airlines are requested to permit boarding to all such individuals without Visa. Immigration authorities in Pakistan will issue them Visa on Arrival.

Due to the current security situation in the Middle East, Ethiopian Airlines is cancelling some of its flights to/from the region. So far, our flights to Amman, Tel Aviv, Dammam, and Beirut are cancelled. We continue to actively monitor developments and will take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and convenience of our passengers and crew.

In view of the developing situation in the Middle East, #PIA is suspending its flights to #UAE 🇦🇪, #Bahrain🇧🇭, #Kuwait🇰🇼 and #Doha 🇶🇦 till tomorrow evening, or till opening of respective airspaces.
Flights to #KSA 🇸🇦 have been rerouted, avoiding conflict hit zones.

ایک دوست نے کہا جاوید صاحب اچھے نغمہ نگار، لکھاری اور شاعر تو ہیں لیکن اچھے ملحد ہر گز نہیں۔ دکھائی بھی کچھ ایسا ہی دیتا ہے۔ پہلی بار ایک ایک مولوی صاحب نے روبرو دو عامیانہ سوال داغے تو پلے کچھ نہ بچا۔ کہاں وہ زمانے جاوید صاحب ہمیں پھولوں اور کلیوں سے مہکے ہوئے اک جنگل کے خواب سناتے تھے کہاں یہ وقت کہ بس کسی پوڈکاسٹ ، کسی پینل ڈسکشن میں مذہب بیزاری دکھا کر ہی خبر بننے تک رہ گئے، بالی ووڈ جو ہالی ووڈ کی ڈگر پر چل نکلا، شاذ ہی کوئی گیت اب کسی فلم میں دکھائی دیتا ہے اور رومانوی تو نہ ہونے کے برابر۔ مناسب یہی ہو گا جاوید صاحب بھی سمیر کی طرح اپنے پرانے لازوال گیتوں سے جڑے قصے ہی سنایا کریں، کن حالات میں لکھا، شان نزول کیا تھا، ڈائریکٹر کیا چاہتا تھا وغیرہ وغیرہ۔ اور اگر ٹکر مذہب کو ہی دینی ہے تو کم از کم تیاری برابر ہو کہ کاٹ تو جاوید صاحب والی ہو، خدا ہے تو چڑیا پیاسی کیوں مری، کتا بارش میں کیوں بھیگا، کسی شخص نے خودکشی کیوں کی جیسے سوالات ہر حساس دل کا مسئلہ تو ہیں مگر خدا کے وجود کے انکار کی دلیل کے طور اسے کالج میں کوئی فرسٹ ائیر کا ملحد ہی قبول کرے گا، پختہ یا سنجیدہ ذہن نہیں x.com/KhawajaMAsif/s…
