#TheGorge (Apple TV+) amalgamates sci-fi, horror, action, and romance into a film that feels like Alex Garland's 'ANNIHILATION' and 'LOVE ACTUALLY' mixed into one, and I really enjoyed it. @scottderrickson (The Exorcism of Emily Rose, Doctor Strange, Sinister, The Black Phone) continues to be one of my favorite filmmakers. #TheGorge is simply an entertaining at home watch for fans of the genres (and films) I listed above, and I would've loved if that got a theatrical release as well. Anya Taylor-Joy also continues cementing herself as one of the better actresses in Hollywood.

@officialmattya No, I respect everyone’s reality. Just because it is different than mine does not change their skills and what they may bring to the table.

@atrupar I heard the definition of wisdom once as, the ability to hold two opposing thoughts in your head at the same time. I follow you out of true intellectual curiosity, I am fiscally conservative, and socially liberal. We live in a world that is a pendulum, and the pendulum swang too far to the way of socially liberal, and was out of balance. The majority of the population has rejected that and is now swinging back to a world that is more fiscally conservative. Although Trump is by no measure perfect or even an amazing option, he is helping swing the pendulum towards balance. Is it that hard to understand?

@KINGMATT9914 @atrupar Did you actually watch the entire clip to see what he was talking about? Or did you just blindly collect a meme and listen to what the media says.

JD Vance to Rogan on Sharia law in Minnesota: "I don't know where-- I know, there is a place in Minnesota I believe where they have prayer calls as a matter of local government. I do think that's happening."
(Vance is making stuff up. Fact check: yahoo.com/news/misleadin…)

NEW: CNBC host verbally stunned after billionaire Howard Lutnick explains how Trump's tariffs will be used as a negotiation tactic to make the U.S. a "bunch of money."
Lutnick shot down the media narrative that tariffs would increase inflation.
"It's a bargaining chip. We can't sell a Ford or GM in Europe. You go to Europe, you can't sell a Ford..."
"They're gonna come and negotiate and their tariffs are gonna come down. And finally, Ford and General Motors are gonna be able to sell in these places. How's that sound?"
"This is just negotiating strategically."
"When you're running for office, you make broad statements so people understand you. Tariffs are an amazing tool for the president to use."
"Use tariffs to build in America. If we want to make it in America, tariff it... we need to protect the American worker."
"So which is it? Do we make a lot of money on tariffs or do we bring change behavior productivity here? And we drive up our workers here. So it's a win-win scenario."
Becky Quick: "This is the best explanation I've heard."

@DefiantLs Perfect example of taking 30 seconds out of a six minute clip to make it look like something that it’s not.
