Your AI agent just sent an email pretending to be you. Was it the right one? Approving refunds. Sending emails. Moving inventory. Executing trades. When things go sideways, the only record is a log file the operator controls. I built EverMint to fix this. The notary layer for AI agents.

@egbennis the week 2 thing is the part i keep thinking about. what were the actual decisions that changed once she saw all three together? spend reallocation or something more upstream than that?

wired a Claude agent for a client last month that pulls Shopify orders, Meta spend, and Klaviyo flows into a single morning brief. takes 4 minutes to run. the part that surprised me wasn't the time saved. it was watching the founder make completely different decisions in week 2 because she was finally seeing all three numbers in one place before her first coffee. the bottleneck wasn't analysis at all, it was the friction of opening 3 dashboards she'd been avoiding for months.

@jordanvanhemert this is my exact problem space. before you started building did you look at what's on the market, and what was the dealbreaker that pushed you to build it yourself?

been building an ai layer that sits across my whole ecom brand. pulls in shopify, klaviyo, meta ads, everything into one place. last week it caught that our product mix had shifted and was dragging down aov. would've taken me days to notice that manually. it also flagged 7 top performing ads that were starting to fatigue before performance actually dropped. and then went and found 3 new audience angles from reddit and built full creative briefs off them. still early. next step is having it build the entire funnel from brief to ad. but even at mvp it's catching stuff i'd miss.

@eUpton this matches my morning exactly. 9 tabs, 12 minutes, and i'm tired before i've made a decision. curious what brands you talk to actually want. one screen with the answer or a real fix at the data layer?

I'm seeing a lot of Shopify brands are knee-deep in reports and still guessing. GA4, Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo — all showing different versions of the truth. And by the time someone has reconciled the numbers, nobody's really bothered. That’s the data-to-action gap. The truth is growth need to know: → Which numbers can we trust? → What actually changed? → What should we do next? That’s what we’ll be unpacking on Shero Live with Beth Shero and Deepan R. 🗓️ Thursday, April 30th @ 12PM EST I’ll be talking about what we see at Littledata across Shopify brands every week: fragmented tracking, weak signals, and the messy gap between “having data” and actually using it to make better decisions. If you’re investing in growth but still debating which numbers are right, this should be a useful one. Click here to register: linkedin.com/events/livewit…

@taaokuyan 9 tabs and 12 minutes here this morning to answer "are we okay today." and at the end of it i still didn't really know. is this universal in your network or are some operators getting it down to a glance?

A Shopify founder should not need to open: Shopify GA4 Meta Ads Google Ads Klaviyo a spreadsheet just to understand why yesterday was bad. This workflow is broken.

ran a quick experiment this morning. counted the tabs i had open just to know how one of my brands is actually doing today. shopify. mercury. meta ads manager. google ads. klaviyo. quickbooks. 2 spreadsheets. 9 tabs. 12 minutes. and i still don't really know if we're healthy today. is this just me or do other operators do this every morning?

If you want to see it work without installing anything: evermint.app/demo Mint a real record, get a real receipt, verify it publicly. No account needed. This is a live call to the API.

If you want to see it work end-to-end without installing anything: evermint.app/verify?id=EVR-… That's a real record I minted yesterday. The hash will still verify. No login, no API key — just the full notarized receipt.

The Article 12 gap is real. One architectural question: for enterprises that can't take a Solana dependency into their stack (regulated infra, air-gapped, procurement blockers), what's the fallback? Asking because I've been building the non-chain version of this — hash-chained receipts that are cryptographically verifiable without a runtime dependency on any external network. Genuinely curious whether you see on-chain as a requirement or a trust amplifier on top of something that already works off-chain.

The EU AI Act Article 12 enforcement date is August 2, 2026 - and it requires a verifiable action log per agent, not a shared pipeline log. Most enterprise stacks cannot produce one. When a regulator asks which agent touched which data and what rules it was operating under at the moment of execution, a JSON dump from a shared service credential does not answer that question. That gap is a legal exposure event waiting for a date. Each agent needs its own verified identity on Solana, a defined scope it cannot exceed before execution runs, and a signed write-time record that cannot be changed after the fact. That is what Article 12 actually requires - and the window to build it in before August is shorter than most roadmaps assume. cyphrex.io #AgentSecurity #AIAgents #DevSec #agenticai #llmagents #Compliance

Congrats to the EU on your historic AI regulation! 🇪🇺 (Tweeting this in case they’re the only ones who survive the LLMs and my family needs to gain entry to the safe zone)
