Hey @AceHardware I ordered an Ego riding mower which was delivered July 2nd. Upon assembly I identified it was damaged in transit. I have yet to receive timing on a replacement, haul away, and assembly of a said replacement. Pretty frustrating given how expensive this was.

@AceHardware I have tried multiple times via phone calls to get any sort of shipping update, haul away of damaged, and assembly set up and scheduled. Every call results in “waiting to hear from warehouse”. Case number 00874974.
