In the dark before dawn at Isfahan’s Alikhani Square, courage stood empty-handed against absolute brutality. A brave crowd gathered, defying heavily armed forces to save innocent young lives. Then, the call to prayer pierced the air, not as a holy chant, but as a chilling prelude to murder, a grim anthem used for 47 years of executions. Desperate to halt the gallows, people fought back with bare hands and stones. The regime responded with live fire, wounding many and forcing the crowd back to carry out its atrocity.
