600 ft…no agua. To put it in perspective that’s “roughly” a 60 story building. Maybe it’s my turn for some pain. What are we betting on? 700ft, 800 ft, 900 ft, 1,000 feet deep? I’m going with 700. Building on the side of mountain is not for the faint of heart.

This is the TSA agent who got annoyed that I opted out of facial recognition, then scanned me anyway. Officer Nemec, I filed a complaint. I’m not holding my breath for consequences, but I will make sure the public sees you ignored my rights. 🖕

@AcrossTimePod @jeff82874662 To lose half a pound a week you need a 500 calorie a day deficit, which is hard to do when you're short and post-menopausal. I'm hoping once I hit goal weight and have an extra 500 calories a day to work with I can maintain without the drugs.

I am starting to believe in the GLP agonists as a possible massive catalyst for societal change. They seem to broadly change people’s discounting functions and I’m starting to suspect that once enough people are taking them we could see substantive behavioral changes at scale

@Wife_Then_Mama @jeff82874662 ... my tip for losing long-term. Add a 30 minute to 1 hour(better) walk every morning before all food except black coffee if you need an energy boost. If you can also add one at night after your last meal, that will turbo-charge it.
