The thing that perplexes me about the Woke Right is their end game. I mean, what is it? They can’t be serious about taking over and reforming the Republican Party for the simple fact that their ideas are still relatively fringe and the Boomers, while dying off, still represent a large electoral demographic. What’s that saying about “old dogs” and “new tricks” again? Perhaps they believe their dislike for Israel and distrust of capitalism are compatible enough with the far left to form something entirely new. But because the left doesn’t compromise, at all, any pact with that lot is suicidal, and surely they know that; they’ve made their livings for the past two-plus decades exposing it! Further, what they certainly know is that any such right-wing revolution will take time, meaning they will have to cede power to the Democrats in the interim. Given that the Dems have been vocal about packing the courts, D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood, and prosecuting their political enemies to the ends of the Earth there’s a good chance Republicans won’t have the chance to ever regain power. Which means the only motivation remaining is the eradication of what remains of conservatism in America. In other words, the Woke Right desire to destroy the Republican Party once and for all and ensure a Democrat monopoly for years or decades to come. Maybe I’m wrong. I certainly hope I am. But if there’s a less sinister motivation that’s in any way practical I haven’t heard it. I understand their dissatisfaction with the war and their concerns about neocon influence. But if they really wanted to save us wouldn’t they be using their influence to steer the party rather than destroy it? After all, they are comprised of some of the biggest power brokers on the right. Hell, maybe they’re just dumb, but I doubt it. This is all far too coordinated and calculated. Either way it’s hard to see their movement ending well for conservatives of any stripe. Or given that it inevitably leads to Democrat rule, for anyone really.

Given Archer's inane belief that humans are a vile plaque on the planet, I doubt that he cares about the loss of Western Civilization very much. Never forget - this is NOT really about "saving the planet" it's about faux moral posturing and black pill preening for the clicks. IF you actually want the environment to thrive you would LOVE the West, which has done more to restore the Earth than all other civilizations combined - but Hey, THAT is too much honesty.

And that attitude right there, is why so many people 'deny' climate change. Calling humans and society as a whole a disease, a plague, or a cancer; advocating for self sterilisation and voluntary extinction; blaming abstract notions of capitalism; refusing to acknowledge the grossly out of proportion impact from nations like India and China; all of these things have made it easier for so-called deniers to claim the global warming grift is a grift. And I'm not even disagreeing with the basic premise that climate change is an issue climate change is in issue. But people like Paul Erhlich and Greta Thunberg have done nothing to change the minds of skeptics and have even turned away sensible minds that would otherwise have entertained you.

The level of ignorance here regarding climate change is simply astonishing. This is an existential threat to the human species and yet there are still some saying things like, "It's summer" and "Just a hot day" or "warmer when I was young" Incredible!
