You are not losing weight on OMAD and 10,000 steps because: - You run on adrenaline, it's keeping you alive, since no fuel comes in. It locks fat in to protect you. - You eat cold low carb meals when you should be having warm soup, stews and plenty of ripe fruit (pic is her meal) - With glycogen tank low, your 10k steps feel more like "running from a tiger". Fruit is your best friend. - I bet you skip breakfast, destroying your metabolism. - You probably drink a ton mineral depleted water, when you should be eating your hydration and drinking spring water, teas, milk. Low minerals = higher cortisol - When you under-eat, fat floods your blood.
