@flhsfbchat Late to the chat, but initially just once thru to watch DL get off and get a feel of how the ends take on kickout blocks and if DTs blow up the field and can be trapped before tagging plays

So, Todd Monken has an 18:36 video out there from 2023 where he is walking through all of his coaching stops in his career with lessons learned along the way. He goes into deep detail about many from his CFB and NFL career. Most slides are deep detail and he spends several minutes discussing the stop and what he learned and taken into theory. Here's an example of one of his slides with detail. Then the last single minute of the presentation he stops on his 2019 Browns experience with Freddie and it's incredibly short and basically nothing discussed. That season was hell for all involved and it's funny watching him show nothing was learned from it at all. Watch the transition from detail to "2019 sucked."

@coachkou I prefer installing it as 2 H5s (3 down). Heavy technique isn’t hard, but it does take some getting used to. Played multiple fronts tho I love heavy bc it makes the OL wrong. Their aiming point for base blocks moves on them and you don’t mind getting reached.

As I’m not looking more and more defenses. I’m wondering if it’s better to play a tight front on both sides or play one defensive end in a five technique and play him in heavy technique. Tackle steps to him (run) becomes a b gap player. Seeing more of it, wondering what people think.

We’re living in a football world where Mike Tomlin is unemployed, Bill Belichick isn’t good enough for the hall of fame, but the 4th string QB for the Browns makes the Pro-Bowl.

Why am I getting new coaches viewing. I’ve been on Twitter for 4 yrs with over 6,000 Videos and explanations and AI says I’m the no 1 contributor of posting techniques on run and pass. Not the coach sending the most plays but the most techincal tech Coach with videos and examples
