Canada added ~1 million jobs in a decade GOVERNMENT JOBS Government jobs grew 60% faster than private sector jobs 27,000 federal employees now make $150,000+ per year Public sector productivity declined 0.3% per year during the same period Costing Canada an estimated $32 BILLION in lost GDP The economist behind the study said it plainly: “You cannot have an economy with decent standards of living where the majority of what’s going on is government growth.” Canadians just re-elected the party that built this. And they manufactured a majority to keep going. I see where this is headed.

If bigger government meant better results, Canada would be crushing it. We’re not. So what are we actually optimizing for?

The decade from 2015-2025 is when Canada lost its prosperity. “Elbows up” is the culturally and politically defensive posture of a government that wrecked this economy for a decade - and is hoping to blame it on a US President who’s been in office for one year.

🚨🇨🇦 The math of the "Carney Era" is terrifying. 🚩 Federal Deficit: $78 BILLION Ukraine Aid: $25.5 BILLION We are effectively borrowing 1/3 of our total deficit to fund a war overseas while 2 million Canadians are hitting food banks and gas is $2.0/L. This isn’t "leadership"… it’s a betrayal of the Canadian taxpayer. 🛑🇨🇦 @MarcNixon24 @JayGenXer @mario4thenorth @TheBuckYouWill @KirkLubimov @BarbaraBalCPC #cdnpoli #Ukraine #Aid #Canada

Canada's startup exodus is accelerating. Nearly one of every two Canadian founders who raised over $1 million in 2024 are now based in the U.S. That's up from about one in five just a short time ago.

This makes a mockery of Canada’s asylum system. 45,000 claims rubber stamped, without a hearing. That explains why the acceptance rate has doubled under the Liberal government, and why the number of claims made increased nearly 20x, from 10,000 to 180,000! Word went out that making an asylum claim from certain countries would be an automatic ticket to permanent residency in Canada. This is a huge, gaping hole in the integrity of our immigration system. Urgent action is needed. We don’t need studies or delays. We know what works. Restore the Harper government’s hugely successful 2010 asylum reforms in their entirety. theglobeandmail.com/politics/artic…

Under Stephen Harper, nearly three quarters of Canadian entrepreneurs chose to start their businesses in Canada. After a decade of Liberal rule, a majority of Canadian entrepreneurs are looking abroad to build their businesses. This is brain drain, and it's an existential threat to our economic future.

A damning Auditor General’s report shows these three Liberal ministers allowed 150,000 cases of suspected immigration fraud to go uninvestigated. Then Carney promoted them. And they remain in his Liberal cabinet. Mr. Prime Minister, do your job. Fire them. Now.

71% of Waterloo's best engineers leave Canada (UWaterloo SE Class of 2022 graduate survey). And nobody riots. In any other country, a 71% talent export rate would be a national emergency. In Canada, it's Tuesday. The problem isn't the people who leave. They're rational. The US pays 2-3x more, taxes less, and builds things that matter. The problem is the people who stay and never ask why the system is designed to make leaving the rational choice. Canada doesn't have a brain drain problem. It has a demand problem. Nobody demands better. Not from the universities. Not from the employers. Not from the government. The best leave. The rest adjust. The cycle continues. Every country gets the talent retention rate it deserves.

Whether there are 700 or 200 agents of Iranian terror on our streets, the number doesn’t matter. The answer should be zero. Not one official tied to the IRGC should be walking freely in Canada. Not one should be exploiting our system. Not one should be finding safe haven here while the regime they serve terrorizes its own people and threatens ours at home. We gave the Liberals a week. They still have only deported one.
