✅ Pauline Hanson nails it again: Australia’s been played for fools—putting men in dresses and women’s safety on the altar of “trans rights,” flooding the joint with mass migration while Aussies cop skyrocketing costs and falling living standards, and flogging endless white guilt in a country that was overwhelmingly white until recently. Wake up, Australia. One Nation’s the only ones saying what everyone’s thinking. 🇦🇺

Florida’s legendary orange groves are rapidly vanishing, and many fear they may never recover. Thirty years ago, the state produced roughly 225 million boxes of oranges. This season, the U.S. Department of Agriculture forecasts only about 12 million boxes — a staggering 95% decline in just one generation. The primary culprit is citrus greening (Huanglongbing), a devastating bacterial disease spread by the Asian citrus psyllid. Once infected, trees slowly decline, producing bitter, misshapen, and often partially green fruit before eventually dying. There is still no cure. Compounding the crisis are increasingly powerful hurricanes, which destroy trees, break branches, strip fruit, and demolish expensive protective screenhouses that cost up to $45,000 per acre. Many struggling growers are selling their land to real estate developers. Once converted into housing, roads, or commercial projects, those groves are gone forever. Florida orange juice once dominated American breakfast tables. Today, Brazil produces roughly 70% of the world’s orange juice supply, while the U.S. share has shrunk dramatically. Scientists are working urgently on disease-resistant varieties, but after more than two decades of relentless decline, many in the industry worry that the golden era of Florida oranges — once a defining symbol of the state — may never fully return. [WLRN, “The fruit that made Florida is quickly disappearing” (2026)]

Source: @JamesLucasIT

What I have a problem with is the amount of government workers who are paid outrageous salaries and think it’s a good idea to post TikTok dancing videos. Usually after their 4th coffee break before midday. I don’t know how anyone can defend it. #auspol

#Australia 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 𝗗𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗡𝗢𝗪. 𝗡𝗢 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗗, 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗨𝗡, 𝗡𝗢 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬. 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦. Far left socialist Labor green energy ideology is making Australia poorer. Germany has found out the hard way that renewables can't scale up to on demand 24/7 electricity. The fact is you can't run a modern industrial strength electricity grid on weather dependent intermittent wind and solar. Labor puts their wacked out green energy ideology over the national energy interest. 61% of Australians want a national nuclear energy debate. The Albanese government has shut down the prospect of using nuclear to power data centres in Australia, despite growing interest in the technology overseas. Australia has been one of the top destinations for data centre investment, but there remain massive concerns about how to power these energy-intensive facilities. Assistant Technology Minister Andrew Charlton told Sky News Sunday Agenda that data centres consume about 2 per cent of the energy grid, and that could triple in 10 years. Mr Charlton said that the power could be delivered by renewables, including solar and wind, while rejecting the prospect of nuclear-powered data centres. “There are no proposals from these large data centre operators for nuclear power,” Mr Charlton told Sky News Sunday Agenda. “They are all putting proposals based on renewables, a range of solar and wind.”
