@BigRedGaz @Cal_III I did a national apprenticeship many moons ago that was ran by ECITB. Got sent away from home at 17 to a training center then got placed with a company. They never mentioned it in school and only found out from my dad who is in oil and gas as wanted to be a welder

Diesel's gone up 40p per litre in a single month. I plugged in last night at 5.2p/kWh and woke up to a full car for less than an cheap filter coffee at Starbucks. Even the cheap stuff! At some point the maths just speaks for itself.

If there aren’t sanctions imposed and a points deduction impending, for a £262million loss, we may as all give up. There is absolutely not a chance a figure of that nature can be PSR compliant. Chelsea also had a £155m loss in 2023.

Went in to pay for petrol, I’ve just been advised to not do long journeys if possible, and to ensure that when filling up for a journey, to make sure to have enough to get back, as you can now not rely on other stations in unfamiliar areas to have fuel. Lady in front of me in the queue says she was turned away from the Tesco garage because they had SOLD OUT! Queues for garages are spilling out onto main streets, and if you can get fuel, it’ll now cost an arm and a leg. Meanwhile, Starmer was directly asked today if we should start preparing for shortages of any kind, and of course he acted as if there is nothing going on.
