Abaxx $ABXX will get profit/revenue firstly from exchange trading. They are set to get benchmark LNG status which will be worth billions and generate tens to hundreds of millions in revenue alone. Similar to Brent (which generates 387 million in revenue per year btw). Liquid futures contracts are worth ALOT of money. Liquidity begets liquidity. They continue to onboard and the more trading there is, the more others NEED to trade their contracts for risk hedging. Hence the inflection point they are starting to hit. They are also focusing on gold which is growing quickly. They will have a spot and futures market with delivery in the same legal jurisdiction with the same delivery unit. This is significantly better to the current system of Comex (Futures in New York) and LBMA (spot in London) with mismatched gold bars. also likely worth billions and generating tens of millions in revenue a year. They are set to launch 10 more contracts this year such as weather derivatives and some financially settled contracts. Some may not be as valuable as Gold and LNG but extremely profitable nonetheless. The exchange generates revenue for their tech vision which is Digital Title that has privacy and legal finality. It's designed to be used in clearinghouses as Abaxx will be the first to use it. With it they can target 42T in assets years before any competitor can. There is suggestion of charging 5 basis points for the MMF funds they are able to digitize and manage using the Abaxx Software suit. MMF funds are worth trillions. They would also charge transaction fees and could charge licensing fees for banks wanting to use their tech. 5 basis points on 1 trillion in MMF funds might generate 500 million a year in revenue for example. (Fidelity holds 1.6 trillion so one partner could unlock a lot. Abaxx is well connected). Plus licensing plus transaction fees. As I understand this is pretty competitive pricing. And for that you get instant settling and clearing, and significant collateral improvements by taking less of a haircut. Then you start getting into the weeds of what extremely fast settling can do for trading volumes. It can grow the markets themselves (see photo). And we still haven't even gotten into smart commodities (graded based on carbon emissions/ esg qualities) and currency trading could do)

@UWZC @grn_investing As you noted, it’s inefficiently traded w/low daily volumes mainly driven by marginal retail traders. As far as I can tell most US & Canadian institutional investors aren’t trading or following the stock, and likely won’t jump in until a formal US uplist to the Nasdaq in 2025 IMO
