@AdamScottWilly Can’t be worse than what’s been going on all season when Nurse and Walman are on the ice. My thought process is this gives the Oilers a shutdown pair for dzone starts and give Bouch Nurse ozone starts. Hopefully he spends less time in the D zone and builds some confidence.

Biggest impact Dickinson will have in EDM is reducing the minutes Draisaitl and McDavid play against top lines. McDavid has played 366 min (37% of his TOI). Draisaitl has played 315 min (35% of his TOI). Dickinson has played 276 min in 47 games (49% of his TOI). Dickinson's presence will allow one of 97 or 29's line to matchup against the other team's 3rd or 4th lines at times. Should be advantage for EDM.
