@neo_tigray The tplf is once again going to Sacrifice Ethiopians from tigray to save Eritrea. If any war starts tplfs will help shabia destroy tigray infrastructure, steal all the industries then cross into Eritrea. Notice how Eritreans are always happy when Ethiopians die in tigray.

Hormuz is Iran’s chokepoint.
Abbay is Ethiopia’s sourcepoint.
Iran’s geography gives it leverage over one of the world’s most strategic maritime passages.
But Ethiopia’s geography gives it something stronger and more legitimate: sovereign and equitable-use rights over a river born in its own highlands, fed by its own rains, and carved by its own mountains.
Hormuz is an international strait Iran’s hand is military. Powerful, but legally exposed.
Abbay is an international river born in Ethiopia, where Ethiopia has the right to develop, generate power, and use its water equitably.
Egypt and Sudan divided the Nile in old agreements. Ethiopia was never at that table. Upstream Africa of Nile basin countries was never at that table.
GERD is sovereignty.
We are not carrying carry Egypt internal water problem on our shoulders. That’s their problem!

They tried to blame Ethiopia with fake news, but the real devil behind the carnage in Sudan is Egypt. 🤔
The Sudan Times@thesudantimes
Egypt is helping prolong war in Sudan to preserve its regional influence and prevent Khartoum from moving outside Cairo’s orbit, Ethiopian media reports. The report, also cited by Sudanese media, adds Cairo bears moral responsibility for the humanitarian crisis in Sudan with Egypt described as a "key partner" in the bloodshed. thesudantimes.com/sudan/ethiopia…

BREAKING context on Sudan:
• UN: Drones now kill 80% of civilians in Sudan's war
• 880+ civilians killed by drones in just 4 months of 2026
• Those drones? Launched from Egyptian military bases
• Egypt calls itself a "peace mediator"
You don't mediate a war you're running.

Eritrea’s Sudan engagement reflects a proxy-centered regional strategy: leveraging borderlands, armed networks & alliances to shape outcomes beyond its capacity. The risk is systemic - entrenching a multi-actor conflict across the Horn, writes Mahder N.
