I purchased ticket via Travelup and unfortunately my father passed away. I was unable to travel to Pakistan. TravelUp is not responding & I have confirmed tickets on Aug 2 to UK. Now, do I need to reschedule it or travel on same ticket @TK_HelpDesk @Travel_Up @TurkishAirlines

@UberUK I had really bad experience with one of your CSR name Raf today. He was so rude and unable to resolve my issue of overcharging despite I shared my information with him multiple times. Worst customer service and don’t care about their customers.

@HBLCare I had a worst experience with Anum Akram last week. I asked her to redeem my credit card points against Al fateh voucher. I told her to dispatch to my home address, but she sent vouchers to my work place. How is responsible for that.
