I purchased ticket via Travelup and unfortunately my father passed away. I was unable to travel to Pakistan. TravelUp is not responding & I have confirmed tickets on Aug 2 to UK. Now, do I need to reschedule it or travel on same ticket @TK_HelpDesk @Travel_Up @TurkishAirlines


@Travel_Up It’s now been months of chasing a response about my booking and refund request, yet I’ve been completely ignored. We are due to travel in October via Qatar, but given the current safety concerns, we do not feel it is safe or reasonable to travel.




@Travel_Up flight cancelled from Atlanta to Augusta. I will require a refund . Please advise accordingly. Thanks




@Travel_Up you left me stranded! Booked me on the wrong flight! Sent me confirmation with the date that’s supposed to be June 27, but you booked July 27. Who will take me and my family home now???



@Travel_Up Your customer service is truly truly diabolical. I am still waiting for my FULL refund, as I was promised and as I'm entitled to. To refund 20% after 8 weeks is an absolute joke and I'll be going to ATOL and Consumer Rights, aswell as my Solicitor
