Thought my site was broken. New users saw the Vercel site ✅ VPN users saw the Vercel site ✅ My Wi-Fi kept showing Cargo ❌ Reality check: If users never reach your server, you can’t fix it with code. DNS caches expire on their timeline, not yours. Infra > tutorials. #DNS

Ressl AI is joining @ycombinator's W26 batch! 🚀 @AbhishekEswaran and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out 2025. YC has always been sacred to our team. We've grown up on PG’s essays and YC’s lectures. We’ve re-watched the “better enterprise glue” RFS a gazillion times. And, now we get to spend 3 months in one of the toughest, most competent rooms in the world. Introducing Ressl (as in our application 😁) — “Enterprise software applications such as Salesforce / SAP / ServiceNow / Workday etc. are deeply customised to work for organisations. Maintaining these systems requires large teams of admins and developers who manually resolve tickets, make config changes and write custom code. We're building AI Agents to maintain these systems 10x faster using natural language, starting with Salesforce.” Huge thanks to the Ressl team for pulling through for the last 3 months. It’s about to get a lot more intense. And, to @join_ef for enabling us at day -2. And, MAJORLY, thank you to our early design partners - we wouldn’t have known what to build without you all. If you’re an enterprise applications leader managing core system-of-record for your org, we’d LOVE to chat - please DM!

ReferRush is a 7 person powerhouse team average aged at 22 that works with unicorns, contacts tens of thousands of customers a day, and generates tens of lakhs a month in sales - completely bootstrapped. Everyone works 7 days a week and knows independently the potential we have to build India’s first India focused bootstrapped B2B SaaS unicorn. If you’re unhappy that your team doesn’t go hard for you it’s because of these reasons in order. - they don’t believe in you as a founder - they don’t believe in the vision - you didn’t believe in them when no one did - they don’t have enough of the upside as incentive - they don’t care about letting the team down Check all boxes and you’ll have a team that automatically goes above and beyond.

This. Just a note: you can either swap your $Erg in SigUSD or SigRSV. If you choose SigUSD, you give up volatility in exchange for stability: 1 SigUSD can be swapped to 1$ in Erg. So, if $Erg increases, you get less $Erg; if it decreases, you get more $Erg. But the point is that you always get 1$ in $Erg. Now, the extra $Erg goes to (if the price increases) or is provided by (if the price decreases) the SigRSV holders: they basically take upon themselves the volatility. So, if $Erg price increases, SigRSV holders get more $Erg; if the price decreases, they get less $Erg. In a bull run scenario, a 50X in Ergo's price can become a 200X: 50X for the price appreciation, 4X for using $SigRSV. Of course, nothing is guaranteed and these numbers are random.

Understanding the Trade @master_gol68479 mentioned they feel there is a way to get a 100x from $ERG using the $SigRSV trade. That caught my attention — not because of the number, but because of the mechanics behind it. Let’s unpack what that actually means, how the $SigRSV–$SigUSD reserve model works, and under what conditions a scenario like that could even be possible. This isn’t financial advice — it’s a breakdown of how value could compound inside the Ergo ecosystem if it gains real traction. - #1 The Foundation Ergo is built on sound principles — Proof-of-Work security, UTXO efficiency, and a monetary policy designed to reward purpose over speculation. At its core lies the SigmaUSD system — two tokens bound together by mathematics: > SigUSD: a decentralized stablecoin pegged ≈ 1 USD > SigRSV: the reserve asset that backs and stabilizes SigUSD Both are ultimately collateralized by $ERG. When users mint SigUSD, they lock ERG into a smart contract reserve and receive SigUSD + SigRSV in return. The system always holds more ERG than needed to maintain the peg, creating a healthy buffer. #2 Why $SigRSV Acts Like Leverage SigRSV is the “equity layer” of the system. When demand for SigUSD rises, more ERG must be locked into the reserve to issue it. That reduces ERG’s circulating supply — while increasing the collateral backing SigRSV. So, as SigUSD adoption expands, the value of SigRSV can rise faster than ERG itself because its claim on the reserve strengthens. It’s not magic — it’s simply reserve math creating an amplified exposure to ERG’s price and usage. #3 The 100× Hypothesis (Theoretical) If demand for stable value (SigUSD) were to grow substantially — within Ergo or through bridges like Rosen — more ERG would be continuously locked as collateral. Because ERG has a capped supply and a slow emission curve, that locked collateral would tighten available supply in the open market. Now add the reflexive layer: SigRSV sits on top of that locked ERG as the residual claim. As reserve ratios rise and circulating ERG falls, the potential appreciation of SigRSV could multiply disproportionately. That’s the mathematical basis behind people talking about “100×” — not hype, but a theoretical compounding effect between scarcity and leverage. #4 What Must Happen First For any of this to matter, several real-world conditions must align: Strong adoption of SigUSD as a stable medium of exchange and DeFi collateral. Healthy reserve ratios (400%+ ideally) to maintain long-term confidence. Expanding on-chain liquidity through Rosen Bridge, and cross-chain flows. See @RosenBridge_erg Ongoing network security via decentralized mining and node participation. See @LithosProtocol Recognition of Ergo’s design as a fair, emission-based PoW alternative to VC-driven chains. Without all of these, the 100× scenario stays theoretical — and that’s fine. The model itself is what makes Ergo interesting. 5# Why It Matters Even Without 100× Even moderate adoption would validate something bigger than price: that true decentralized stability can exist on a Proof-of-Work base layer. No venture capital, no corporate control — just math, open code, and voluntary participation. It’s not about chasing multiples; it’s about proving that value can be stabilized without centralization. That’s the heart of Ergo’s experiment — and it’s why so many builders and miners remain quietly focused while the rest of the market chases hype. 6# Final Thought Builders don’t predict prices — they study mechanisms. If Ergo continues to execute — DexyGold, Rosen Bridge, SigRSV expansion — then ERG becomes more than a coin. It becomes programmable collateral for an entire monetary layer. Whether it ever achieves 100× doesn’t define it. What defines it is the principle that real value should be earned, secured, and built with purpose.
