AMAZING drill for strong & stable shoulders! 3x Olympian Mirabai Chanu pressing an upside down 35lb kettlebell (very unstable) with RNT band pull (increasing external rotation stability). Very difficult.












@DeanTTraining Can you do this with dumbbells?






More people need to understand that the upper arm path is way more important than the actual incline. Flaring elbows is going to turn it into a flat press again (by biasing the mid pecs), regardless of the incline. So the key no matter the variation is elbows tucked (around 45 deg). Great thread as always
