@nickheathsport @ScotRugbyBlog @TightFive_Rugby @TEnglishSport Thanks! I didn’t realise. I think it should be capped except for foul play. One, maybr two phases at most. I also think they should stop changing the rules!! Makes it hard to follow even for the avid fan.

Before I kayaked the Northwest Passage, adventure was not going so well for me. I didn't succeed by becoming more "hardcore", I succeeded by changing my idea of success, letting go of the outcome and focusing on the inherent joy of being on adventure.

I'm inside today. I'd rather be out there. Resilience can be transferred from adventures to real life and I'm forcing myself to stay at my desk, thinking "I kayaked the Northwest Passage, I can do this"
