This time, the aircraft involved was registration PT-MUG, which interrupted its takeoff roll at low speed and returned for technical evaluation. Notably, just five days prior, PT-MUH, another LATAM Boeing 777-300ER on the same route to Lisbon, experienced a much more serious aborted takeoff, reaching approximately 330 km/h (178 knots) before the pilots aborted. Something catastrophic Happened here in a very short period of time. That engine looks cooked.

Sure, NCL, ABZ or LBA could have been picked over MAN but MAN has a longer runway and obviously had more favourable conditions. After all, isn’t this was contingency fuel is for?

This investigation is unlikely to amount to anything. The crew preformed 2 go arounds at its destination and then diverted to its alternate where it also went around.

1. I don’t usually get a basket so juggling my items and fiddling with this shite is hard work. 2. Other people trying to get things off the same shelf at the same time 3. Moving the damn things to create a gap half the size of the item I want and have to shimmy it out.

My local @Tesco has started installing these on more and more shelves over the last week. Several reasons I actively avoid buying items behind these damn things.
