That’s a wild stat when you really look at it. 2021 head-coaching hires → 7 jobs • Urban Meyer → fired after 13 games • Robert Saleh → fired a few weeks ago • Arthur Smith → fired after 2023 • Brandon Staley → fired mid-2023 • David Culley → one-and-done (fired after one season) And then the two survivors: Dan Campbell and Nick Sirianni … both still with their original teams four full seasons later, both took their teams to the Super Bowl (Lions still chasing theirs), and now they face off Sunday night with the 8-1 Eagles hosting the 8-1 Lions in a game that could decide home-field advantage in the NFC. From the entire 2021 class, only these two guys are left standing, and they’re two of the very best coaches in the league right now. Pretty crazy arc.
