@AerLingus And after 42 days I received my mum’s suitcase. A huge thanks to all you and sorry for being rude in some tweets, we were just desperate but we understood that you were under a huge demand and were trying to do your best! There is still hope for everyone!

@AerLingus Hi there, could you tell the tracing team if they can call me please. It’s been 30 days waiting for my mum’s suitcase, and we know it’s in Dublin Terminal 1 , waiting to be sent to Terminal 2. DUBEI87532 Thanks

@AerLingus Well my mum was there today and she was told by Aerlingus personal that the Airport is a chaos but they were sure that the suitcase is in one of the room of Terminal 1 and it has to be sent back to terminal 2 to then be able to reunite with us.

@AerLingus Hey! My mum is in Terminal 2 now, she has checked the Suitcase’s room and she couldn’t find hers. One Aer Lingus agent said that the suitcase is in Terminal 1 and they don’t know when they are gonna have it to deliver… Please Help me with this!!

@Dulce_mona Hi Joce, can you send us your Mum's baggage file reference number? It should be made up of five letters and five numbers e.g. DUBEI12345?

@jdrodrigues @AerLingus @DublinAirport @Aerlingussteals They are ignoring all our rights! It’s a shame… today my mum’s flight was cancelled, just 2 hours before her flight and re booked in 5 days.. so not enough for have lost her bag, now she can’t come back home.

@jdrodrigues @AerLingus @DublinAirport Have you got any update where your suitcase is? Because in my case, the Indian call Center told me that they had found mine in Dublin and by mistake it was sent back to Canada.. since then they don’t know now where it is.. this is a disgrace @Aerlingussteals

I’m going today to the Airport to talk with Aer Lingus staff and make a complain. I have 2 reasons now, missing bag and cancelled flight… The worst Airline ever! Criminals!
