Today the House took up numerous bills without giving legislators time to read them.
Ludicrous.
Then @SCFreedomCaucus made motions to immediately take up the Closed Primary Bill and the Gas Tax Suspension Bill.
They were shot down.

Just happened again. This time the issue is tort reform. Why can't we read it first? Motion was to 'waive' printing, so other bill can be taken up immediately. Red = wants to read the bill first. Majority Leader hopeful Brandon Newton requested the motion: 803-212-6874
