@Ag808 Yeah, the spires aren't exact either. But maybe just a throwaway sort of sketch of Jackson Square less concerned with finer detail.

@AlejoEC Thought that at first except the horse's front hooves of that statue are both up in air. flickr.com/photos/bsabarn…

@jscottamy Always wondered by Harrison never asks Dexter about his mom. Not her death, but just in general. Hannah never knew his mom, guessing nobody in Argentina knew her. Feels like Harrison would be more curious.

@AlJean @MikeReissWriter @scullymike @mattselman @tubatron @eiVega @JayKogen @thatbilloakley @Joshstrangehill Lame debate on fan wiki. RIP Huell Howser, but are people like him or Suzanne Somers or Jimmy Carter or QE2 dead or alive within show canon? simpsons.fandom.com/wiki/Huell_How…

@mattselman @AlJean @Rlazebnik @MikeReissWriter Are you really doing an episode on Diamond Joe Quimby's dad? simpsons.fandom.com/wiki/Joe_Quimb…

@PushinUpRoses More then who was killed and who was the killer, the reveal in the 8th season episode "Ever After" of how the victim was killed is only moment from "Murder, She Wrote" I ever remember. imdb.com/title/tt0653504

GOOD MORNING. WAKE UP. New Murder, She Wrote video just dropped! So this episode wasn’t the strongest, but Ethan Embry is in it. And IRV TRIPPLEDINGER. youtu.be/yvEZ-O8OP7U?... Please consider commenting and reposting so more people can experience this unhinged show.

@junethomas Also didn't expect this clip to come up searching for famous fictional characters with Northumbrian origins. youtu.be/gKSZIjqOGZM?si…

@Ag808 There are lots of non-natives doing Tyneside, Wearside, and Teesside accents on Vera. I don't know the region well enough to *really* judge them, but most pass the sniff test.
English

@junethomas Usually you know who gets it right with Northern English accent and who doesn't (Tilda Swinton in "Snowpiecer" comes to mind), but any movies/TV get the "Northumbrian burr" right (which I guess is distinct from Geordie) ? youtu.be/qwpdQVk9U70

@junethomas Thanks for the recommendation. Going down a Google rabbit hole on it. Theory I didn't know, but kind of like is the "burr" originated because of locals copying a speech impediment by Henry "Hotspur" Percy who was also later depicted in Henry IV, Part 1. woolshed1.blogspot.com/2008/10/northu…

#OnThisDay #OTD January 21, 1990, "Homer's Odyssey" (S01E03) first aired on Fox. Dir: Wes Archer. Wr: @JayKogen & Wallace Wolodarsky. EP: @canyonjim, @simonsam & Matt Groening. It was the 1st script for #TheSimpsons to be completed, although it was the 3rd episode produced.

@tubatron @Brandon_Bird @dailysimpsons @GoldS_TCRF @internetarchive @AlJean I believe you, David. That info never got to us. We called her Juliette. But the name was changed to Marge pretty quickly after we delivered our first draft. ALSO no mention of a name during the weeks we were world building or outlining with Matt and Sam. Odd right?

@mikepriceinla I'll admit I wouldn't have guessed that hairstyle was so popular from Springfield, Anywhere USA to the Florida coast. frinkiac.com/caption/S16E21…

@mikepriceinla Dream Warriors used to wraparounds for education movies they'd show up in school. The one I remember was job opportunities in Northern Ontario so they'd be on-screen and one of them would says, "Let's check in with a nurse practitioner in Sioux Lookout."
