The 2025/2026 Imihigo performance review shows strong progress across all three main pillars:
Economic Transformation, Social Transformation, and Transformational Governance. Under Economic Transformation, 33 targets were set, of which 30 were aligned with Quarter Three (Q3) targets.
This represents an achievement rate of 96.6% against Q3 and 81.3% against the annual target. Two targets were not fully achieved at 100%, while one target was not achieved.
In Social Transformation, out of 68 targets, 57 were aligned with Q3 targets. Performance reached 96.1% against Q3 and 84.8% against the annual target. Nine targets were not fully achieved, and one target was not achieved.
For Transformational Governance, 21 targets were set, with 18 linked to Q3 targets. The achievement rate stood at 96.0% against Q3 and 78.3% against the annual target.
Three targets were not fully achieved, and all others were completed. Overall, across the three pillars, a total of 122 targets were set, with 105 linked to Q3 targets.
The general performance reached 96.3% against Q3 and 82.7% against the annual target. Fourteen targets were not fully achieved, while two targets were not achieved.
This report highlights strong implementation and commitment to performance targets, with most objectives progressing well toward completion.
To date, @NyagatareDiststill holds the top position in Imihigo performance. In the most recent evaluation for the 2021–2022 fiscal year, it ranked first with a score of 81.64%, while the Eastern Province also ranked first with a score of 79%.”
