After working with dealers, one thing is clear: It’s not a people problem. It’s a fragmentation problem. Here are a few takeaways from the conversation: - The 2-hour problem is real Customers are submitting leads to 5–6 dealerships at once. The first accurate response usually wins. - More tools ≠ better outcomes Most dealerships are juggling 8–10 systems just to answer one lead. That delay is where deals are lost. - AI isn’t magic (yet) The tech is still early. If a vendor wants a 12-month commitment before proving results, that’s a red flag. - Visibility matters If you don’t have clear dashboards + weekly insights, you don’t really know what your AI is doing.
