With $460M+ TVL on @pendle_fi, @arbitrum now leads all L2s in market share across TVL, swap volume, and fees. Most of the recent growth has been driven by two emerging protocols - @USDai_Official and @Theo_Network - whose markets have grown Arbitrum's TVL by 5x in just 3 months, complemented by DRIP's sustainable incentive planning. This highlights how effectively Arbitrum can enable new protocols to attract TVL and scale - cementing its position as THE go-to L2 for protocols and users seeking liquidity and yield.

I appreciate the fact that if anyone involved with @AerodromeFi and @VelodromeFi want to earn revenue from either protocol, they have to buy tokens just like anyone else. Aside from the initial airdrop to $veVELO (max kudos to everyone who had conviction to max lock tokens in the depths of a bear market), it’s been a completely even playing field. Hell, Aerodrome is still buying tokens off the market to gain greater voting power and revenue accrual. Without a direct value accrual mechanism for the token, there’s no point holding. And without clear upfront directives baked into the fabric of the protocol as to how and to whom the revenue is distributed, the token’s not worth holding either.
