Reyes is a far better player day in day out ---- he is more dynamic, more disruptive - changes the symmetry of games - no slouch on offense either with a cannon arm and way better range that Lindor. he didint dispapper for two months at a time, and didnt complie a large proportion of stats during garbage time, But again - i say this for the upteenth time - go look up WAR and how it is limited in any probative value and how misleading it is -- WAR is NOT a good one time stat to describe how ood a player really is...go look it up

Lindor takes off the first two months of the season and not does not help his team but kills them during that time. Lindor also collects alot of those stats when games are already out of each..Reyes was by far more disruptive and dynamic and put more pressure on the opposition that although does not end up in the box score contributes silently to wins.

Lindor has no value to the Mets in 26 and we don’t know how good he’ll even be in 27 let alone 28 & beyond
