@ArsenalAussie Okay I figured it out, my order of execution was off, due to this particular record type already having an existing rule! Rearranged it, and now it’s works! Thank you!

@ArsenalAussie In this scenario, the case is generated manually.

@Ak_salesforce Are you creating the case from a Quick Action button? If so, you’ll need to create a Flow to do the assignment as they don’t currently trigger assignment rules for Leads or Cases.
