@bcherny Increase the rate limit, make everybody happy on launch day. Deep down we all know, limits will be back to normal and it is not enough to use claude code on a 20$ plan.

Reading anthropic blog and realised we are still figuring out harness engineering, Context anxiety. Definitely leap will be exponential, but at this point AI First implementation simply means burning lot of tokens and 10X more expensive then hiring an Engineer and giving claude pro access. Uber CTO was right when he said he was out of AI budget in just 3 months.

Context is a precious and scarce resource. Harness is as good as the context you feed with every iteration in your agentic loops.

cal once paid developers to fix live issues in github, anybody with internet connection and some coding skills was curious enough to understand the product end to end and fix issues and make some $$$.
