THIS IS HORRIFIC North Carolina parents allegedly subjected their 6 children (ages 1-15) to some of the worst abuse ever seen by prosecutors. Father Lacy Douglas Hocutt Jr, 34, is charged with multiple counts of statutory rape of children under 15. A 13-year-old boy was kept locked in a dog kennel, so severely underweight it was life-threatening. He now rocks back and forth screaming “You’re never getting out” the exact words allegedly screamed at him while trapped. The home was so filthy investigators needed full protective gear. The children could not read or write, had untreated scoliosis, rotting teeth and major health problems. Mother Rachelleigh Marie Galasso, 33, is charged with multiple counts of negligent child abuse causing serious injury. Both arrested April 1 and held without bond.
