Mine experience was terrible. No one acknowledged me or told me where to go or what to do for a good 10 minutes when I arrived. After finally working with someone, they didn’t complete the delivery so I had to go find someone else so they could do it. No info on what to do, how to get FSD or that it would take awhile for the cameras to calibrate, just told me to go to the car with the popped trunk, and it was parked parallel in a super tight space.

I've been studying how Russian, Chinese and Iranian governments buy American land and residential housing for half a decade. I'm going to break down why the USDA is grossly unprepared for this renewed effort with their announcement today on "National Farm Security Action Plan" and why this won't work. I'm going to share cases of property next to nuclear research facilities, sophisticated networks and strategies used, and how we can actually address this problem. Let's begin.

The real estate market is very local. There are still some pockets that are moving well, but much of the country (such as Houston) has really slowed down. We have a bunch of Blue State people relocate to Texas during COVID. They were used to the high prices and were fine overpaying so it made our market go bonkers. Now it’s right sizing and it really needs it here. The cost for a home is much too high for what is otherwise our standard of living.

I’m stuck now that I’m ready to buy with all that but Now the prices skyrocketed on me there is no inventory and damn near doubled since 2020. They were all bought and flipped and gouged. BREAKING: The Trump Administration just announced that rent payments will now count toward qualifying for a mortgage. It's always perplexed me how someone with a perfect rental history couldn't qualify for a mortgage around the same amount as their monthly lease. Great job to @pulte, Trump's Housing Director.
