Excited to be heading into the office this am! Top of the to-do list: calling a vote on restoring the Click to Cancel Rule. It’s time the FTC gets back to protecting consumers from real abuses like subscription traps that cost Americans countless hours and millions of dollars.

For all Trump's talk of manufacturing jobs, you didn't see the CEOs of GE and Caterpillar sitting in the prime seats today. You saw the CEOs of Amazon and X and Meta and Google and TikTok. It's the attentional oligarchs whose power he cares about.

This has been a remarkably smooth election day with only minor hiccups so far (and some despicable bomb threats coming from Russia). It takes tens of thousands of people to pull this off. Especially given threats and intimidation of election workers. I thank them all.
