Short of cutting his arm off it’s difficult to know what Tarkowski’s supposed to do. Refs told to look for 3 things with handball. Deliberate movement of arm away from body. None. Clear additional arm movement. None. Arm position makes body position bigger & is unjustifiable. No.

My friends daughter is only 5 and has been totally heartbroken over Goodison being demolished, especially after going to see the girls win this seasons derby. Here’s the overwhelming moment she found out the news that our home will remain standing for years to come.
