Man, what a terrible terrible day with @British_Airways. All my flights changed so I don't get home until noon the next day, charged 16 times for in-flight wifi I never got to use because it was broken. Awful awful day.

Hey @British_Airways - you currently have 1 person checking in an entire flight @TFS_Airport - no point asking everyone to turn up 3 hours before a flight if you can’t staff checkin properly 😆 Perhaps @Rotageek can help you staff to expected demand?
