Bt 1561A and 1561C were on patrol when they observed a group of gamblers on the sidewalk at 200 block of North Leclaire. Upon exiting their vehicle for a offender grabbed his front right side and immediately fled. After a brief foot pursuit offender was placed into custody.

@ChicagoDOT @chicagosmayor I called the @CHI311 operator twice since January about potholes on Fairfield next to Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital. The potholes are still there. The length of time has made the breaks in the asphalt deeper, so the holes need resurfacing.
