@iamspecialized - my bike is just over 3y old - no damage, not huge use, the motor packed up for no obvious reason - and now you refuse to swap it out as out of warranty. very much looks like a manufacturing fault - so do the decent thing and replace it free of charge!

My @SageAppliances The Oracle Jet heating element packed up after just 2 months, and the support people are slow and just keep asking more questions rather than replace the unit and figure out the fault at base. What a god damn waste of money this over expensive unit turned out!

@AmazonUK so I ordered a package from IPERetail seller. Not delivered on time, no notifications. Sent question to seller - no reply. Took 3 calls to UPS to get to agent to correct address - awful customer experience!

My @vividstorm_us projector screen broke in April. Contacted my reseller personalprojector.co.uk - they did not help. Contacted vividstorm direct, they promised me they would send replacement parts, and many month later having not done it, and told me to talk to reseller.

@RevolutApp I was not trying to open a merchant account! Not sure how much more clear I could have been, but a Pro account. Which does not state that. But clearly attention to detail is not a strong point - hmm not sure if I want to keep money with a FinTech does not pay attention to detail!

Very disappointed with @RevolutApp Pro account. Wanted to take payments for printed cards at arts and crafts fairs but account refused because could not provide evidence of a business model - really? Not how the product advertises itself IMO.
