This small wide-neck MCA aneurysm would have been clear indication for open clipping. But utilizing its dumbbell shape, we used a balloon and a long coil to tether the coils within the distal to proximal lobe and anchor our framing coils. @Stryker_NV

I try to land the stent on a straight segment to avoid avulsing small branches. I think it helps more often than it hurts.
