@OliverGBell @TalkinTactics Why? He's got as much control a manager can get.
English

@TalkinTactics First Paul Mitchell, now Hopkinson, even Staveley liked her press attention. It’s bonkers and very self-serving. Feel for Eddie.
English

You see this all the time in football.
Managers & players are asked to do the media constantly and rarely cause a drama.
A CEO or Director of Football does the press and slips up straight away.
Especially at Newcastle 😮

Eddie Howe responds to CEO comments: * No assurances sought * No - in his own words "falling out" * Club chiefs all aligned to 2030 dream #NUFC chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football…

Nobody is saying the league season has been good enough but good managers have bad spells. You do not dispense with an excellent one when the going gets tough #nufc

Newcastle’s expectations have become detached from reality #nufc telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

@Im_RobM No chance of Europe now. Eddie can't win without Bruno G. Bring on two losses and a new manager.
English

@femboycreature @MertonLabour Have you actually been here? It looks wonderful in comparison to what it used to look like.
English

@MertonLabour It looks a bit sterile, haha omg just like you're party leadership!
English

@trappinmgk @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Wealth tax, ignoring the bond markets, rent controls, putting the UK in significant debt to fix the NHS. I could go on.
English

Go to Green Party’s policies and with a rational mind you will see they are mental.
Equally, do the same with Reform and Restore, you will see they are mental too.
Pick your poison.
SOI media 🇬🇧@MediaSOI
The Green Party immigration policy is an interesting read
English

@TindallsMadMags @NUFC7890 You think we're spending £55m on a PL proven player again after last summer's disaster?
Howe should be gone and hopefully we can scout a good keeper for less than £15m.
English

@MarshallHenry66 @PoliticsJOE_UK If you're ignoring NIMBY's, you're probably doing a good job.
English

@PoliticsJOE_UK Lefties are running this country into the ground. This man is not competent.
English

@trappinmgk @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Not sinking the economy because nothing else is working. What we need is steady and slow economic growth, the Greens won't bring that, they'll bring an economic downturn that will doom us for decades, same as Reform. Labour/Lib Dem are the best choices at the next election.
English

@trappinmgk @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Funded from where? Taxing the rich? Good luck legally implementing that. The bonds and stock markets will immediately know that, pull out money and there you go, economy gone before Polanski's even stepped into No10.
English

@AlexJLWright @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Truss failed because she gave unfunded tax cuts to the rich. The Greens are proposing funded investment. Either way, the UK government has to regain control over financial
markets, it is currently a hostage of foreign investors
English

@trappinmgk @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Not true at all. Economically the Greens manifesto would instantly create a Liz Truss like situation with money rushing out of the UK and a shorting of the pound on a level we haven't seen before. Their response to this, we don't care about the banks/bonds.
English

@AlexJLWright @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg The Greens are the only party with an economic program worth taking serious. You may disagree with their social policies, but economically they are the ONLY party that addresses the base of the issues in the UK. Labour and Conservatives have entirely dismantled the welfare state
English

@ThfcDark @trappinmgk @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Hopefully not, got to hope the youngsters disillusioned by the Greens wake up before the next election.
English

@AlexJLWright @trappinmgk @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Lib dems could be serious, the public just don’t give them the support base unfortunately. Centralism is dying
English

@trappinmgk @ThfcDark @Evertxn @Jayplexgg Yeah and who do you believe we should vote for then? You haven't answered the question. Conservatives failed for 15 years, Reform and Green are loony parties, Lib Dem aren't serious.
English

Newcastle likely to sell at least one of their star names this summer with Sandro Tonali, Tino Livramento, Anthony Gordon and Bruno Guimaraes all attracting Premier League interest. bbc.co.uk/sport/football…
English

@CoachShaqWash @jake_burns18 Boston going RD2, seems to be dropping on all boards.
English

@Clevta @jake_burns18 I wouldn't be surprised if the front office are very set on Fano at 6.
English

Im not as high on KC as many others but love Cooper. What's interesting to me is they profile as polar opposites imo, meaning Cooper likely doesnt have the full upside of KC if he hits but his floor I think is much higher. Id love if they could snag both tbh (would need a dallas trade for ex) for a nice diversification of talents
English

@MagpieMediaX 🤣 Elliott is awful. Can’t even get a game for Villa.
English

Hope he’s right for once

Newcastle United eyeing up Harvey Elliot. Keep a close eye on this.

@grokhelpme @Nothingofi23742 @JoshFerme Exactly, what these pensioners fail to realise is that they are completely dependant on the young. If they keep lobbying for damaging economic principles, their pension will suffer too. Only a matter of time right now till pensions are cut.
English

@Nothingofi23742 @AlexJLWright @JoshFerme If they check out then the people who will feel it the worst are pensioners who are barely scraping by. When there is no-one to pay for their pensions and the houses are expensive they'll just freeze. The ones with portfolios leeching from the state for their cruises wont care.
English

I'm not surprised. What is there to work for anymore? Much of our income gets taxed and goes towards battery farming minorities and cruises for pensioners.

🚨NEW: The UK has more young NEETS (those not in education, employment or training) now than during the pandemic
English

@Nothingofi23742 @JoshFerme Okay but you can't get government work unless you are a school leaver now. Only a small percentage of people are school leavers in 2026 and there's only a handful of Government jobs. Restore will cut those jobs (because Government spending is the biggest failure).
English

@AlexJLWright @JoshFerme I am self-employed now worked in a government scheme when I left school for £25 per week not an hour. Then worked in other labour intensive jobs for shit pay. I won't be voting Reform I will be voting Restore because I do not want this country given away to third world scroungers
