@DavidFurones_ I get it but the argument against this is that if the tournament were being held in Europe / Asia, they wouldn't adjust start times for the American audience. It would be whatever was best for that region. So why don't we apply the same logic as a host nation?

I might catch some heat in the States for this take, but it's absolutely the right decision to have the World Cup semifinals at 3 p.m. Eastern. Spain and France for a spot in the final should air in prime time in those nations, not from 2 a.m. through 5 a.m. in Europe. That would be absurd. Same for England on Wednesday, while the start time is still in the afternoon for Argentina, where I'm pretty sure it's a national holiday anyway.
