@NationalHways the new roadworks for more emergency areas on the M27 between J9 and J11 has no sign letting people know the speed enforcement stops, it’s causing confusion and will cause an accident if not sorted

@ted_baker I made and order last week, I just received a dispatch email with one item and a total that was both items. Then a refund. What is going on, as if it was a stock issue they were in stock when I ordered and I need that item this week. This is pretty disgraceful.

@VirginExp have the worst customer service. No one to contact so wait hours for a message response to find no one is willing to help or consider my complaint as it has grounds.

@ted_baker what good is a support team if no one answers the phone inside hours. Been incorrectly charged, trying to dispute before dispatch but no one is about to help.

@neil211259 @forduk I only bought the car recently at this point I’m tempted to raise a dispute with my bank and recall all the money. Had nothing but issues which like you I wouldn’t expect from such a big company. I would open a case with motoring ombudsman in your shoes, see if they can help

@forduk purchased a vehicle a few months back to find it was sold with a defect. Costing me a lot of money should I fix it. I think it’s disgraceful your franchised garages or CRC program don’t wish to help. I would like you to point me to someone who I can talk to re returns

@TrustFordUK Don’t worry I updated Ford and said you’re not going anywhere near my vehicle. Not sure why this is so hard for you as you damaged my vehicle, accepted liability and are going against a Ford mechanic now. Trust is shattered. Can I have the complaints team contact or management

After my experience with @TrustFordUK I would advice anyone thinking about buying a car from them or servicing their vehicle with them to think twice, they like to either ignore valid complaints or agree to something then go back on their word, not sure how they can operate

@TrustFordUK They did and Ford have that on record. You are not collecting my vehicle. This has been agreed and as stated I don’t trust you. You’re manager also is terrible at replying. Stop playing games.
