I have bought this exceptional SA🇿🇦Syrah from @keermont every year since the 2009 vintage. Thankfully I bought a double dose of the 2012. Tonight it was again superb. I continue to believe it’s been their best vintage. Respect @AlexStarey ✊🏼🍷👌🏽

If you live outside South Africa, please buy South African wine if you possibly can. We are now completely reliant on exports and this renewed ban on alcohol sales is devastating for the livelihoods of so many who are already struggling after months of restrictions.

Duncan Savage is releasing his new vintages for 2019 today, a range of precise, elegant wines from single vineyards across the Western Cape, all made at his Salt River winery. Most wines are made in very small quantities and are therefore distributed on an allocation basis.
