What is so bizarre about this is because Pats got a Prada bag all of a sudden Alex gets these glasses which turn out to be Prada as well. But he totally forgot he was going to bring out new glasses in his imaginary fashion brand. It's so hard to keep lying when someone tracks your lies.

Drawing back to this from Alex what is interesting is how he always cries "elder abuse" yet when he claims he is getting sick shows absolutely no concern for Pat. He claims to be wealthy so should be able to get a hotel to ensure his "best friend" doesn't get sick.
