We recently broke ground on Hidden Creek with Gallatin County, HRDC, and United Housing Partners, bringing affordable housing for households earning 30–70% AMI. At 30%, that’s under $32K/year for a family of four. This project helps local workers access stable housing.

🗞️Twenty-five years ago today, a 24-year-old federal intern named Chandra Levy went missing in Washington. Her disappearance marked the beginning of the end of the political career of her hometown congressman, who was allegedly carrying on an affair with her but was not implicated in her death in a remote stretch of a park in northern DC. An illegal immigrant suspect was convicted in 2010 on a heavily circumstantial case, then granted a new trial due to credibility problems with a witness who claimed he'd been privy to the suspect's jailhouse confession. Prosecutors told the court they weren't sure they could prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at a second trial, and he was deported. As a result, Levy's death remains unsolved more than two decades later.
