@BarclaysUKHelp hello I'm trying to open a Barclays account online but it's repeatedly not accepting my passport as ID. Not sure why and the incentive offer ends tomorrow. Can you help?

@BarclaysUKHelp It is just saying my ID isn't valid but I don't have a different one, passport is all I have. It's a new passport and I followed the instructions on the app so I'm not sure why it's not accepting it. Time not an issue as it was around 9pm.

@AliceClareD Hiya Alice 👋 Thanks for reaching out. What issues are you having with your ID, is it giving you any error messages at all? I know accounts can only be opened between 7am-11pm so you may have issues due to this. -Becky
